How are the fielding ratings figured? I'm talking about the overall number we see. For instance, Carlos Guillen is rated a 75, but if you go to his "skills" tab, he has different ratings for each position. For him, I'm able to get 75 by averaging his ratings at all 8 positions - including catcher (a 44 rating)! That can't be right... Brandon Inge, OTOH, has an overall rating higher than any one positional rating. Not sure I'm getting this. Does the player get the rating for the position he's playing. and the overall rating represents something I haven't quite figured out, or what? And how does the "arm" rating factor into the overall fielding rating, if at all?
