Mizzou had their first exhibition game last night. On the positive side, the defense looked great and forced 38(!) turnovers. On the down side, we gave up 22 turnovers. There were 7 new players playing their first game at Mizzou, so it probably shouldn't be too surprising that they were a bit sloppy on the offensive end. One good thing about the new players is that the energy level was extremely high, which is something Mizzou has been missing at times in the past couple of seasons.
One more exhibition game and then Mizzou heads off to Puerto Rico to face Xavier in the opening round possibly followed by Virginia Tech and Memphis.
