It's good to see that Adam is going to tweak the penalties to be more realistic. I'd also like to see him implement a one phrase description to all players, something akin to the "strong fullback" or "Hull captain" from FM. Right now we have "two way forward, sniper" and the like but I'd like to see a more specific system, perhaps one the manager can control in terms of how he values his own players.
