But then, your situation hardly applies to many of us who have to be at a woprkplace for 8 hours during the day. Note I didn't say you didn't work, cause I know taking care of your kids is a lot of work, but then you were able to be without them for 90 minutes to work out. I cannot leave my work for 90 minutes to go work out although today will be a good day for that getting some kind of work out cause I play soccer tonight.
What I'm trying to say is that for me, saying I will work out 2 hours EVERY day is simply unpossible...
