Depending upon how long HA is in the penalty box, he might not even be able to participate in the league. He is going to have to find an alternate way to communicate with me (my email is listed in my profile), otherwise, I could see scheduling issues as well as his lack of ability to vote in future polls forcing his exit from the league.
