True, but I rotate my IM trainees so that all but a couple of them (A teamers basically) spend some time at winger. Adds to the total time to level up some, but I've seen many other PM trainers do the same. This also allows me to train my starting wingers in PM as IM's in friendlies, so the overall benefits are spread out more. Maybe not the best long term plan, but it works for me.
