After a couple weeks of weightlifting 2X per week and Tae-Bo AMPED 4X per week theres not much pundage lost but I'm feeling much healthier(and happier) in general. Excited to see where I'll be in a few months.

Starting weight (12/25): 211 lbs
current weight (01/10): 208 lbs
Target weight: 190 lbs
