That is very similiar to my plan right now. I have 2 solid middies up for sale for 90k. Assuming both sell, that is 180k. I recieve 162k of that. With that I plan to purchase a solid forward. Being I tend to over spend when I make purchases, that leaves me enough to restock with some Jif.
I will let the public decide which plan is better.
