He has the best resume I've ever seen for a presidential candidate, and it'd be nice if we picked somebody by qualifications for once. I think Richardson was looked at as a potential top tier candidate by the press coming into the race, but then he showed up for the first few debates and sounded like a complete idiot and no one has paid him much attention since.
