I really like that you can now see what the fans think of your performance as manager after each match. In my game, I started unemployed and took over a Italian C2 team in December which were fighting against relegation. The fans were pretty disappointed after the first few matches because we got blown out, but slowly the free transfers I brought in started to click and we've won 3 in a row now. My player's confidence is up and the fans opinion of me is starting to improve.
