I can't imagine this game at 30 FPS. Maybe the other guys can chime in here on this. I think while the game is smooth that it couldn't deal with a 30 FPS drop and still be enjoyable.

Yes, it was nearly unplayable last year on the 360 at 30 FPS.
If EA's NCAA 08 isn't a good game, it won't be because of framerates.
