A decent week, but not great. Lost a pound and a half, and that was only going to the gym twice and only walking on an incline. I talked to my dad tonight about my knee, and he says it sounds like bursitis and it just needs rest. *sigh* So much for getting back up to four or five pounds lost again in the next couple of weeks.
Starting weight: 221.5
Week 1 (4/9): 216.0
Week 2 (4/16): 212.0
Week 3 (4/23): 210.5
Down eleven pounds total, not too shabby for just three weeks.
