Not true. Borowski is a weak closer and Hernandez is about done, but Cabrera and Betancourt are good relievers, Fultz is a decent lefty on lefty option and Miller is OK. If they need an immediate infusion of help, they could bring up Adam Miller and/or Chuck Lofgren, either of whom could provide a short-term boost to the 'pen (though both are currently starters). They also have enough talent in their minors to swing some deals for relief help.

Now, you could argue that Wedge should abandon Borowski as the closer and use Cabrera as the primary relief ace with Betancourt as his primary setup guy, but the pieces are there for a decent or better 'pen.
