I've tried that before, with Max Dodge (remember him?) and it did not seem to help at all. But it certainly might be worth another try. Henriksson's form seems to be stuck at poor, but at least the rate at which he is losing assessed value is decreasing (only $1,000 this past week). I'll keep it in mind as a possibility. Thanks.
