Vanderbilt QB J.J. McGarrity, Central Michigan RB Clyde Kirsch, Texas A&M WR Irv Sheldon (remember him?), Wake Forest LB Sedrick Clinton and Bowling Green CB Kim Stevens have been inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame!
Erik Wittich, Ken Sampson, Carl Shannon, and David Schulz have been shafted by their girlfriends. (Ouch! It hurts so good, baby!)
Howard Cash, Herb Bertram, KC Tanner, Duane Nordby and Darren Sanford request more free time for playing Quake 6 on their Pentium8-equipped VR handhelds. (Hey, it's the future!)
Brian Stancil, our SouthWest scout, gives us his letter of resignation.
Defensive Coordinator Xavier Burmbaugh has been hired away by Florida.
