I wouldn't give Culpepper 10 million let alone 100 Million (even if it is a backloaded contract).

They should have let him be a free agent next year and signed Brunell when he becomes available - or got Griese/Lucas this year (I really don't rate then very highly, but I think they are better than Culpepper).
