Shane is a kid we like. He can defend and drive inside. We would like him to be able to hit an open shot from the outside with more consistency. He is a great defender and there is one thing the Memphis Grizzlies will do and that is defend.

Analysis: While Battier is the only small forward on the roster, he is certainly no slacker. Swift will back up and see time here.
