As fore-mentioned, the Grizzlies have just sucked. They have struggled throughout their franchise. The team has no championships or even made the playoffs for that matter. The team has a total of combined salaries of $45,393,319. That means we are around $3 million over the cap. We have a lot of over paid veterans which we will get too soon.
