I'm not saying you are wrong, or that I disagree on the statement. Just saying that I wasn't totally shocked to see Poland lose. Trinidad & Tobago not losing 3-0, that's a surprise. Poland was disappointing, as was Sweden. England? who knows, the expectations for them are always put too high and winning 1-0 over Paraguay is a good score.

Plus I'm a little bit touchy to see "Europeans disappoint", don't take it personally, even though I did a bit.
