Yeah...I am getting the impression that a "rather patient" owner only raises his expectations slightly from year-to-year. I expect that it will take a few seasons before his expectations go higher. Other owners I've had in other manager careers raise the bar much more quickly. This is the first "Good Man" I've managed under ever.
