Nirvana was an incredibly important band to me.
Nevermind is the most important album of the 90's. I find it hard to take people seriously who can't recognize the influence they had, but mostly I chalk it up to them not knowing much about really anything.
I remember when I turned 28, it freaked me out that I was older than Cobain. Saw Nirvana during their last tour and it was a hell of a good time.
