Actually I use an excel spreadsheet to track things like player values, skills, form, and performance from week to week. I've looked at programs like HAM and the like, but I find it more enjoyable to track things myself, rather than have a tool do it for me. This way, I feel I get to know my players and their abilities better than I would otherwise.
