I am not sure if all history 102s are the same, but the full course was somewhere around 1600 - the present. This test however was only WWI - A little past the vietnam war.

Yeah, that's different than over here at UCSB. That's a pretty broad scope there...world history, or just western history? I'm a history major, so I can relate to taking those kinds of tests, and I feel your pain. Good luck!
