The Russell jerseys are still full price on the Raider Image website. I'm sure some kid in a third-world country will be be happy to replace his Leaf jersey with a new Russell jersey.

Kids in third world countries don't really know, much less care, about the NFL.

No, but the joke is that often those sort of jerseys, along with things like the "Superbowl Champion" shirts they printed up ahead of time for the losing team, get donated to Third World countries.
