Wiping a hard drive
 

I have a couple computers (one desktop, one laptop) with XP that I'd like to sell. I definitely want to wipe the hard drives before letting anyone else take possession (let the pron jokes begin). Anyone have any advice for freeware that will take care of this?

I think the windows one works fine, just make sure you do a complete format instead of a quick format.

I would leave the porn on fwiw, it may just brighten someone's day.

Are you going to put XP back on them? Many won't want to buy a used computer with no OS. Otherwise...
