Anyone know how to edit a FOF FDT file?

I would like to get into the city files and edit them as opposed to changing the names of the existing NFL cities to those I would like to have in my league.

What exactly are you looking to edit? I have a good bit of that format, not sure what you need.

I would like to be able to change the starting cities in the FOF game to make a USFL or expanded CFL. The only way I can do that now is to change the current NFL cities to the names of the cities that I want but that screws up the geography and the weather informationn not to mention the city sizes.

I want to be able to either edit the starting cities themselves or to be able to go in and change the city details of the existing NFL cities and then just change the names after.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
