Where can I find a copy of this file? I'm trying to setup a single player game and it wants this one.

I assume you are setting up a custom set.
You need to create it in this location.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Front Office Football Nine\custom_example

You can take the example file provided to create. Schedule format to use, base year and cap info will be in there.
