It's the black guy. Those guys over at 4chan(funny site not a fan of their racism though) had this up a few days ago and it was the black guys that made it funny.

Found it on music band's message board, looked at it for a while and I thought it was pretty funny when I found out what was wrong (the guy in the background, how you don't see him at all, and then you notice him and can't get him out of focus).

Some of you people might need a sensitivity check; why not just take what you find funny and let go of what's not.
