Apparently. Did we ever find out who had the swordsman? Seems like they must have been a good guy. Looks like we had a BG block as well. Who had them? I'm curious if we hear anything that way.

Autumn 04-16-2007 08:25 PM

Very interesting if we got a BG block, that hasn't happened once yet. I guess with fewer targest we have a better chance of getting lucky. Or perhaps in teh past traitors have used it.

I'm a little loston the service bids yesterday, but it was sounding like people thought KWhit might have won the swordsman. Since we haven't heard from him all day it could be that he just hasn't played today. Whether he would have used it or not is up for question.

Autumn 04-16-2007 08:27 PM

I hope that doesn't mean we didn't get a lawyer scan. I was really hoping for that. For hte record I had Abeus Anxietus arrested. I did so particularly becuse there was a chance Dodgerus Erchickus was going to have him scanned, and that would give us an enlightened vote for once. Ugh.

I of course am interested in what we hear about Dodgerus's loyalty from both lawyers.

Tyrith 04-16-2007 08:28 PM

If AE didn't show up....doesn't that make Anxiety look really bad?

Grammaticus 04-16-2007 08:30 PM

If nobody died, there must have been some blocking going on.

Anyone have info?

And AE had a possible BJ block...

Mustang 04-16-2007 08:36 PM

Was not me. I don't have the $$$ to buy and I did not bid this time.

I'd imagine innocent under the assumption that someone figure she was going to buy a lawyer and someone then blocked AE with the slaves.

I'm more interested in potential bodyguards. That could shed some serious light on things.

Abe Sargent 04-16-2007 08:46 PM

I did send the sex slaves to AE, I'll be totally up front about that. I;m not the only one to think he smells bad this game. To be fair, I never thought that he would be unable to assist DC because I was told in a pm that the target would be unable to take any SECRET actions, and this was hardly in secret. Thus the fact that he was unable to assist DC was not foreseeable by me, or even entered into my thinking.

Now, on the other hand, you'll note that there was no kill last night. BG block? Or did the sex slaves hit someone, namely AE?

Or they didn't want her bad guy status reveal upon death.

Abe Sargent 04-16-2007 08:47 PM

Okay, I gotta proces my game now. Be back later.

Huh?

You sent the slaves to AE.

DaddyTorgo 04-16-2007 08:49 PM

yeah, that's pretty fishy abe

DaddyTorgo 04-16-2007 08:49 PM

dola

i'm sure it'll be a wash, but

VOTE THROW ANXIETY FROM THE ROCK

Tyrith 04-16-2007 08:57 PM

If you were going to do that....you could have been up front about it. THAT'S the fishy part.

Poli 04-16-2007 08:59 PM

Sorry, brother stopped in for a surprise visit. Posting stuff as soon as I catch up.

Ironhead 04-16-2007 09:01 PM

Might be a silly question, but for those people who have been jailed during the game did you receive a PM indicating that you had been jailed as well as who else was jailed that day?

Poli 04-16-2007 09:02 PM

Caught up. DC was good. Someone sent the sex slaves to me. Bad move fool. I won the bid on the swordsman. Don't you think I can kill you for doing that?

Poli 04-16-2007 09:03 PM

Reviewed again. I got the sex slaves and the sword killer guy.

Poli 04-16-2007 09:03 PM

So, who owned up the sex slave bit? Cause they might be getting a visit.

Just so I'm clear. You got the slaves sent to you, but you won the swordsman, right? Does the fact you got the slaves prevent you from using the swordsman?

Poli 04-16-2007 09:06 PM

Hmm. Not sure, didn't think of it that way.

Poli 04-16-2007 09:07 PM

Actually, No. It doesn't. My PM states for me to choose who I want to kill by the deadline. It doesn't say I'm out of luck.

Mustang 04-16-2007 09:07 PM

I'd imagine the slaves would block a move.

What were you going to do with the swordsman?

Ah.. so you JUST won him. Nevermind...

Poli 04-16-2007 09:10 PM

Right now, I'm thinking of chopping the person who won the slaves.

Well, it looks like Anxiety might already be set up for a nice air trip, if you get my drift.

OK, well, that's good at least. Plus you're getting some.

Poli 04-16-2007 09:12 PM

I'm holding off for now, but the last list I saw was that Pass was responsible for the sex slaves.

Is there a post where he claimed responsibility for the slaves?

I have one question about that. We all know Anxiety. Does this look like a move he makes as bad? I'm not sure yet. It very well may be.

I did.

KWhit 04-16-2007 09:13 PM

Just got in from a really bad day at work. I travelled to CHI today and the office I went to had FOFC blocked, so I couldn't access the forum at all today.

KWhit 04-16-2007 09:14 PM

And I DID NOT win the sword yesterday. I don't know who beat me for it.

That's silly. I have a pseudo-BG ability and you want me to announce to the bad guys who I'm sending it against? That way they can just have soeone else do the action, if, as it apepars, certain people have to take actions?Come on now.

path12 04-16-2007 09:15 PM

I don't remember if I mentioned this, but I did not get Gallus the bodyguard.

Poli 04-16-2007 09:15 PM

I'll buy that, kwhit. Like I said, I wasn't looking for you purposely. Glad you're back safe and sound.

I did as well. Hence my post right after the PM's went out lumping myself and anxiety together.

Poli 04-16-2007 09:16 PM

Vote to throw Anxiety from the cliff.

Autumn 04-16-2007 09:19 PM

It seems unlikely that the sex slaves blocked the kill. Isn't that a group action? More likely the bodyguards. It seems suspicious to me that Abeus Anxietus chose to block the lawyer after all the talk about using the lawyer's arguing abilities to learn about Dodgerus's innocence, and how the system works. This would have shed light on how much we could trust DC, how much we could trust Ardentus, and Coffeeus as well. Frustrating, and suspicious.

I am still glad I chose to arrest Anxietus, but I wish we could have gotten that scan on him. Also very suspicious, that he happened to block the person who may have been scanning him this day.

Poli 04-16-2007 09:24 PM

If Anxiety did this, then he's lucky he's already on the block. When he dies this way, at least I'll know if he's good or bad.

Poli 04-16-2007 09:24 PM

Although having him sliced would be nice.

Poli 04-16-2007 09:25 PM

I'm about to be out for the night. I'll be up about the same time I have been during the week...5-5:30 am.
