Monthly Gallup poll today has him at 91% GOP approval. Dems? 2%. Independents have him at 33% for a grand total of 38%. The insane part is the same poll had him at 49% on May 1st when he had the "Rally around the flag" effect when the Corona started and before the protests kicked off in late May. He's basically crapped himself in two months. |

:D See, at some point all that stupidity makes you not even check the 'facts' he provides because it's stupid either way :( If you told anybody sane 25 years ago that someday 90% of voters (or sth) could check everybodys statements within 3 seconds wherever they are and yet somehow a person spouting easily checked falsehoods multiple times a day is seen as a viable 'leader' for a decent number of people ... |

It is still remarkable how there is a tweet for everything.

He also changed his nickname for Biden from "sleepy" to "corrupt." Just doesn't have the same ring to it as crooked Hillary.

Love how the headline says it bailed out Obama's aides, but then buried in the article is info that the aides have been on leave from the firm.

This my friends is an elected official who is a 20 year election official in Mississippi. How the hell does someone like this get to be involved in voting in any way, shape or form? Basically saying "the blacks" are not people. Are you fucking kidding me?

These QAnon candidates are wild. KW Miller claims Beyonce is actually Italian, supports the Brazilian President, believes Covid is a hoax, says Patti LaBelle is a deep state operative, and much, much more just in the past 24 hours.
His twitter should be enough to get an involuntary psych hold. Instead he's running for Congress. |

Well it is an elected position. My guess is she is doing exactly what the “people” put her in office to do. |

Guess we will see next election, but definitely scared of 42% of Mississippi's population having their say. |

Just read an interesting insight into Trump's psychology.
Most people who became President worked their way up through politics. They held lower offices where they had to learn how to do things to remain likable so that they could get re-elected and also run for higher office. It is so obvious that it almost goes without saying. People who have held political office and done it well have developed practice in remaining likable while holding office. Trump's never had to do that. He lived the life he wanted to live. Then he became President. There was never a time when he was governor of Nebraska and had to learn "I want to do [X], but people hate it when their leaders do [X], so I will do [Y] instead" Looked at that way, it isn't so much that Trump does not want to win re-election as that he turns out not be good at it b/c he's never had to do it before. |

Also, nothing after the "but' has nothing to do with the issue. Unless they set up "little Havanna" in those camps and refused to join the guards for a bit of fun playing baseball while belting the anthem or some shit :banghead: |
|
The other thing about that Little Havana crack... aren't those folks generally Republican voters? Cuban refugees tend to vote with the GOP because of the stronger anti-Cuba policies. Is the administration trying to lose Florida?
|
Yeah, she took a discrete issue and then blew it wide open into questioning why we permit/tolerate ethnic-grouped areas in many US cities.

Supreme Court announces two more decisions today-neither Trump tax cases. But did allow the Trump attempt to allow exemptions to the Affordable Care Act on religious or moral objections while noting areas where this may be challenged still.
The good news? Be here at 10 EST tomorrow-last decisions of the term announced then. |
