Berman's a douche

DaddyTorgo 04-22-2010 07:52 PM

wow - San Diego gave up their left nut to pick up Matthews

Be interesting to see if Philly is happy with Kolb for real

k0ruptr 04-22-2010 07:53 PM

in my Mock I had the Eagles trading with the Phins @ 12 to take Thomas, was pretty close. (if infact it is Thomas)

He's the reason why I am watching the NFL Network this year. I started on ESPN and didn't make it to the first pick.

I like all of the recent movement. Good stuff.

Swaggs 04-22-2010 07:53 PM

What were the details of those last two deals?

I think I'm getting too old to watch the show, the side bar, the ticker, and then sub-ticker at the same time. :(

Solecismic 04-22-2010 07:53 PM

The disciple in Denver is learning from the master in New England.

wade moore 04-22-2010 07:53 PM

Is MIJB running the Broncos?

I can't find the trade details, what did Miami get?

Izulde 04-22-2010 07:54 PM

Always nice to get an extra 2nd and 4th. :)

Galaril 04-22-2010 07:54 PM

Geez, Denver just got two more threes.

Swaggs 04-22-2010 07:55 PM

I think I heard Miami got SD's 1st and the #40 overall, but I'm not positive.

#40 and #128 (I think on the latter) abbd #28 and LB Tim Dobbins for #12.

Sorry fingers flew faster in excitement

bhlloy 04-22-2010 07:56 PM

Ugh... not a big fan of that pick for the Chargers at all. Way too expensive for a RB who I don't think will be elite.

Oh yeah NE west baby.

Crapshoot 04-22-2010 07:56 PM

Denver now has 24, 43, 45, 70 80 and 87,

Danny 04-22-2010 07:56 PM

Those extra picks are nice in a deep draft like this.

k0ruptr 04-22-2010 07:56 PM

WOW. shocker imho

bulletsponge 04-22-2010 07:57 PM

=what?

k0ruptr 04-22-2010 07:57 PM

I was sold on Earl Thomas

Danny 04-22-2010 07:57 PM

HAHA, they fooled ESPN

bulletsponge 04-22-2010 07:57 PM

wow, im suprised

DaddyTorgo 04-22-2010 07:57 PM

Brandon Graham hmm? Wowsers.

Was hoping he might be there for the Pats.

k0ruptr 04-22-2010 07:57 PM

I had Graham goin at 18

DeToxRox 04-22-2010 07:57 PM

Philly got a stud. Graham is a complete DE. Amazing vs the run, good rusher, non stop motor.

Swaggs 04-22-2010 07:57 PM

If Clausen doesn't go here, to Seattle, does he go into a free fall?

Hey don't want him in SF unless its in the 2nd round...

Galaxy 04-22-2010 07:58 PM

Thomas to Hawks?

San Fran at 17?

Honolulu_Blue 04-22-2010 07:58 PM

Good for Graham. Great player.

Solecismic 04-22-2010 07:58 PM

I didn't expect this, but I'm pleased to see this. He was the only one worth a damn on the Michigan defense last season.

Swaggs 04-22-2010 07:59 PM

SF might be a nice spot for Dez Bryant if they want to give Alex Smith an opportunity with a lot of support.

k0ruptr 04-22-2010 08:00 PM

Dez Bryant to Seattle (thats my guess)

Solecismic 04-22-2010 08:01 PM

If someone can show me a sure-thing WR who isn't picked in the top five, I'd like to see him. It's time for a defensive line run.

Swaggs 04-22-2010 08:02 PM

I wonder if the Steelers can trade back and still get Pouncey. I have a feeling Denver wants him, too.

GrantDawg 04-22-2010 08:02 PM

I wanted Graham so bad. Dang it.

Galaxy 04-22-2010 08:02 PM

Denver after Tebow?

He probably won't make it past the Falcons (unfortunately).

I wouldn't be surprised if he goes next. (15)

Honolulu_Blue 04-22-2010 08:03 PM

Okung + Thomas would be a great first round for the Seahawks.

Swaggs 04-22-2010 08:04 PM

Odd to see all the defensive ends still on the board (depending on what you call Graham).

Was just gonna say I'd grade that an A+ first round for Seattle

done deal. so far so good for the Hawks.

Swaggs 04-22-2010 08:05 PM

Where did Seattle's extra #1 come from?

denver dealt last year for a 2nd round pick

k0ruptr 04-22-2010 08:07 PM

best players left on my own board - no order, just the next best 5 imho.

Dez Bryant
Derrick Morgan
Mike Iupati
Bryan Bulaga
Maurice Pouncey

throw Dan Williams in there for good measure too.

I keep forgetting about Jason Pierre-Paul (hes solid but not sure where he falls too.)

Izulde 04-22-2010 08:08 PM

I love this first round for the Seahawks.

I'd agree w/ those six, but I'm guessing several of them are going to be around in the early 20s.

yep, very possibly a few of them drop. especially Iupati, maybe Bryant and even Morgan

Swaggs 04-22-2010 08:11 PM

One thing that I do like about this three day format is that the teams at the top of the 2nd round are going to have a whole evening, rather than a few minutes, to entertain offers. Those next few in the 2nd are going to be valuable.

Honolulu_Blue 04-22-2010 08:11 PM

Apparently Suh will wear #90 in Detroit and they are already selling jerseys at Ford Field.
