I did, and that I would end martial law as soon as EF lets me :) |

That's up to EF timmae. Either he will call for an election tomorrow, or he will let me appoint one once and if I become leader. As for finding our stowaway, I don't see any reason to doubt CF right now. I'm sure at least one other person we have to find. All we can do to find them to my knowledge is use shoveler and wait for the scientists/engineers/sheriff to develop new powers and/items that will give us new, less violent (I hope) ways of tracking them down. I know nothing about the gun, its not in my possession at the current time. nobody has voted one way or the other to imprison tonight. I would like to though. vote to imprison |
font you may need to issue leader orders tonight if you see this in time.
|
shoveler stay tuned, I will be using you tonight, just waiting for a clarification first.
|
Nothing personal, but there wasn't an attempted attack on anyone last night. Not that I want to implicate CF in any way, but if keeping him in jail either 1. is keeping the murderer behind bars, or 2. making the murderer stall so we think the murderer is behind bars. I think we should keep him there for the time being.
Might give us additional time to work on other leads. |
Are we voting on anything today
|
vote to imprison CF

Yeppers post #1952. I would copy here but working off of a smartphone. |
Reminder, haven't received the font/Thom PM from 4 players. One hour left.

First off sorry if I came on a bit headstrong with you-its your power not mine, and I am grateful if you use it on whomever I might suggest you or if you act independently of course. CF is staying imprisoned for now, but the cell can hold up to three. Something has happened that will cause another player to be imprisoned tonight-one I would like you to interrogate for us. Are you willing and able to do that tonight? |
Quote:
For the time being I am willing to play along. But I am not under the employment of the sheriff's department. Consider me a contract worker. If I disagree with your course of action I will not cooperate. |

The plot thickens. |
Quote:
That's perfectly fair and appropriate. Please target Zinto tonight if you can and let me know if not. |

Quote:
Zinto, pick you up at 10pm EST... I know a great spot to watch the sunset. I'll drive. |
Quote:
Thank you! Try to be gentle :D |
Quote:
All I would request is that anyone I interrogate receives adequate protection while under medical care if they are not implicated in the murders. |
Zinto? For shame, think I voted for him back in the day.
|
Quote:
I can agree to that. |
Tension is in the air
We're not in Kansas anymore... Something has changed. Everyone looks a little less trustworthy. The food tastes a little worse. The water tastes funny. Even the air coming out of the vents seems to smell funny. What is that? The voices have returned... coming from the communicator (they really don't understand how the mute button works) "Sedatives introduced..." Then everything goes dark... |
Deadline
|
Processing the results of day 6. A very important day for the future of your colony. The BMS has triggered the deadline.
|
We got snookered by mission control... Bastards. Someone needs to make nice with some Martians so we can get back at those jerks in Houston.
|
Methinks the stowaway just obtained an upper hand. Wonder if the cell will be empty once we wake up.
|
Poli!!!
|
Things had seemed to be going too well, at some point the other shoe was going to drop.
|
Hope shoveler makes it through ok..

I agree with this line of thinking. Keeping CF in jail kept us safe last night. Keeping him there may not reveal who he is but it may reveal who he is not. If another accident happens tonight, we will know he is not to blame for it. Also, I'm not sold that he is the stowaway. Why would he blatantly tell us that he was, if he actually was? I think he's on the drugsssss |

Heh, if I do or don't its all good. I had no idea what this game was about when I joined. So I've probably been more of a detriment than anything else. |
Nah... You are doing better than me for sure.. Don't know the particulars but from what I have seen you are doing well.

I told you I got my PM in. |

Also known as the Bull Poli Special. |

I've enjoyed playing with you Shoveler-I think the newbies like Grover, Timmae and you have jumped right in to what might be one of the most complex WW games we've had here. I hope you survive the night. |
Quote:
I will definitely jump in another if these continue. Have a better handle on how it works now. |

+1 without a doubt! |
First Thom came for the Fox and I did not speat out. Then Thom came for Zinto and I did not speak out. Then Thom came for the Capitalists and I did not speak out. And then Thom came for me.
|
Not sure if I mentioned it or not. But I joined because EF posted this on the FOFC Steam forum. Just wanted you to know that you got at least one person from that post.
|
This is definitely more complex than the game of resistance we play during my monthly game night. Even with my expansions.

Just looked that one up, looks interesting. |
Day 6 Results
You wake up from the momentary lapse of consciousness and find a much different colony than you thought you once had. Thomkal has assumed the lead role and is in charge of the police force. He has thrown Zinto in prison for speaking out against him. Zinto cannot vote during day 7 but can only be in prison for one day, no one can be imprisoned for more than one day anymore... there are some rules. CrimsonFox is still sitting in jail waiting to get let out. He is let out at the end of the day. You have managed to gather the remainder of the supplies before the incident. It has become clear that a murderer is among you and you must remove that person from the colony. With all systems (biodome, government, medical, research and defense) up and running you have one focus for day seven. Vote for a person whom you feel is the murderer. That person will be put up on trial, a trial decided on by Thomkal, and you will then decide the person's fate. Day Seven has begun. The deadline is 10 PM EST Thursday. |
Great. Now we have martial law. I thought we were promised you would step down Thomkal.
|
uh...wow what a time to become the leader :) Thank you by the way for all who voted for me.
vote zinto for speaking out against me |
yay Thom. I'm a registered Thomocrat!
|
So we vote someone, and then Thomkal gets to decide if that person is innocent or guilty, and then we vote on a punishment?
Did we wake up in North Korea? |

I am unclear now if I can step down now that the situation has changed. I did investigate raven's accident last night in the midst of all this and I found out he stepped into a tripwire...a wire that looks a lot like the one from the murders. I guess the murderer is the same as the one setting the "accidents" Did anyone get new information or role changes from all this? Shoveler can you tell us if your interrogation went off successfully? |
Quote:
:) |
Quote:
I got nothing. Apparently I cannot interrogate someone in jail. |
If someone can find a way or figure out who could have access to that wire, please let me know.
|

are you the big giant head? |

dammit I'm tired of losing hit points because of you guys. Can you put shoveler in jail, thom? |
