I have little doubt about mccollins but lynching him may not tell us anything.

If we lynch oliegirl and she is bad: That clears Telle IMHO.
If we lynch oliegirl and she is good: That puts us another day behind
If we lynch Pass and he is good: That tells us oliegirl has fangs
If we lynch Pass and he is bad: That gives us a better feel for oliegirl and CR and less of a good feeling about Telle
If we lynch mccollins and he is bad: Doesn't tell us much but gets a wolf (hoppefully the cunning)
If we lynch mccollins and he is good: Puts us another day behind

The fact that they have a brutal wolf has been in the rules since they were first published.

I can be reasoned with a bit here and be swayed to go for Pass as that will at least tell us something one way or the other. If he is good than we have to go after oliegirl and mccollins next. If he is bad we go after mccollins next and then sort out the rest.

This would not be a vote against you Pass; as I think you are a villager this game but it could help clear some things up (and show me if I am getting a decent read on how people are playing the game).

No, letting him live puts them in better position. If they let him live we sould begin to doubt his scans (and him for that matter) as we would think that the only reason he was alive is that he was fake (or the cultist).

If he was still alive right now we would be doubting his scans big time and if one was countered by either the fake or real seer that would have to come out sooner or later. Once that comes out they now have all major roles revealed and it's easy picking for them to win the game.

Heh...even while reading the post before this one, I was thinking, "This is a bunch of hooey, just vote for who you think is a wolf." Now that I've read this post, I think it even moreso!

Just trying to look at the whole picture. I am all for going after someone who I think is a wolf today but if there is a play that helps us more in the nest day or two I am all for it. We need to make some drastic moves soon or we're through.

It's like decidiing to rest an injured player. You keep him benched and risk loding one game now so that he can recover and help you win multiple games later instead of possibly winning one game now and losing him (and many games) for the season.

The idea of saying "I think so and so is a wolf, and maybe the cunning wolf", and then voting for someone else is completely beyond explanation to me. Nothing helps the village more than getting a wolf. Nothing. If you think McC is a wolf and you vote for someone else...that is hurting the village. Especially in a race as close as this one is.

Your crazy theory. First you try to come up with an off the wall theory asying the Telle and Pass are wolves because Lathum got killed. Now you question why you get linked?

All I said was that Lathum's death didn't clear Telle, or Pass for that matter. If you lynch Pass and he is good, it means I was wrong, it doesn't mean I'm a wolf.
