The video is hilarious. Obama is actually turning to help a lady walk down a stair and reaching for her hand. Sarkozy is seen leaning back and craning his neck to look around Obama at the 17 year old tail.

My guess is he wasn't careful about checking the sites where the pictures were hosted. If you post a picture of a kitten and puppy playing but the picture is hosted on a porn site, the mods are going to remove the pictures and likely put you in the box.
