It was solely in response to Inspector Gadget being referenced.

2. Netherland’s Cubic Houses, Rotterdam

Piet Blom has given an idea of cubic houses in 1970s. The idea behind these houses is that he tries to construct a forest by each cube showing a conceptual tree; therefore the entire town becomes a forest. The cubes have the living areas, which are divided into three levels. The triangle-shaped lower level contains the living area. The center level contains the sleeping area and a bathroom and the top level which is also in a cubical shape, is used as either a spare bedroom or a living room.

3. Dancing Building – Prague (Czech Republic)

The Dancing Building is a name given to Nationale-Nederlanden building which was built during 1992-1996 by Frank Gehry and Valdimir Munlunic. This building is located in Pragu’s downtown. The building was built instead of the one that was destroyed during Bombing of Prague in 1945. It is an object of fascination for photographers and tourists.

The structure of the altogether 12 floors has 105 apartments’. The roof is formed by a garden of beech, maple, and lime trees. Up in the roof there is a restaurant, offering breathtaking view and an opportunity for relax and dinning. The “Forest Spiral” was built in Darmstadt between 1998 and 2000. Unluckily, Hundertwasser died in February 2000 – some months before the completion of this wonderful building.

6. The Basket Building (Ohio, United States)

The Longberger Basket Company building in Ohio might be the strangest building. It is a mock-up of the company’s well-known market basket, cost $30 million and took two years for completion. Many experts tried to convince Dave Longaberger to change his plans but he said that he wanted a replica of a real item. It is a wonderful sight — particularly at nighttime.

For some people these roads are not dangerous but it is c certainly breathtaking. These roads themselves are marvel of engineering skills, and traffic police always ask to driven by experienced motorists for their own risk.

If any of those switchbacks are in Colorado, the jeep and I probably been on them. A few of those look familiar, esp. zigzagging up a high country pass. Those were great times.

Eh, I dunno. My son has always wanted to be an astronaut, and a crapton of astronauts have been Eagle Scouts.

As is Shane Victorino. (How could you argue against Shane Victorino??)

Ksyrup 07-07-2011 10:36 AM

I think it's more the fact that he's taken it to the extreme of being photographed with a perfect attendance award that's the joke there. Or at least, it is to me.

Ksyrup 07-07-2011 10:37 AM

I guess these reactions explain why Axe doesn't market to our generation.
