+1 that has always been my thought of her, she's not really a pretty face...

And it looks like there was a lone survivor...I give you the "after" shot. (sorry, my BB Curve's camera obviously doesn't compare to my boss Atrix)

If that's lunch, what's for dinner?

Not sure yet...but whatever it is I'm pretty sure it won't be nearly as delicious as what I had for lunch!

I have no clue. Doesn't look real. But it's cool!

Crapshoot 06-03-2011 08:05 PM

Damn. I want to go there if its real, but it definitely looks shopped.

Religion -- a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe.

Everything anyone believes in is a religion. Just not a God based one. None of us will be right or wrong until we find out for sure.

JediKooter 06-03-2011 08:30 PM

No, the place is totally real.

Your use of the word believe/belief is being used way too broadly and incorrectly. Also, I'm guilty of it, we sometimes substitute the word 'belief/believe' when we really should use the word 'know'.

Things that we believe in, do not default to a religion. I believe there will be traffic when I drive home from work tonight. I don't think that hardly qualifies as a religion.

That's only half the definition.

Quote:

religion - a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, especially when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs.

That's from dictionary.com

Webster defines religion as: a cause, principle, or system of beliefs held to with ardor and faith

Mustang 06-03-2011 08:51 PM

Well, I believe in the soul, the cock, the pussy, the small of a woman's back, the hanging curve ball, high fiber, good scotch, that the novels of Susan Sontag are self-indulgent, overrated crap. I believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three days.

Okay...prove there's no God. Can't? Just like I can't prove there is one. Everything is a religion.

This will be my last word on the thing becaue I'm not going to get into a big pissing match about it. Not worth the time and effort, nor the destruction of the thread.

jeff061 06-03-2011 09:09 PM

For fucks sake guys, a religion argument in this thread is 10 times worse and 20 times more stupid than any argument that has taken place to this point.

MikeVic 06-03-2011 10:08 PM

IMAGES thread, not RELIGION.

Drake 06-03-2011 10:17 PM

britrock88 06-03-2011 11:37 PM

Note the apparent nose job between the first Lively picture and the picture with Samberg.

EDIT: late to the party... meh.

It's a famous speech delivered by Kevin Costner's character in the movie Bull Durham.

Huh? Seriously?

You'd be stunned to see that a smart guy would think Oswald acted alone?

Big Oliver Stone fan?

I have seen the movie but to think that one man was able to coordinate and execute that plan is foolish. I don't have to dig deep into the issue to come away with the belief that JFK's death was a result of a mass and coordinated effort.

If Oswald was able to pull it off by himself then why would he allow himself to get caught? Surely a man of his skill should have been able to avoid capture and leave no evidence behind. Also if he was a trained assassin then he must of have a handler therefore making a conspiracy of one into two.

I will not risk further derailing this thread with my tinfoil beliefs anymore. So in the spirit of the thread I will leave a picture.
