This happened just a few miles from where I live. The funniest part is, this lady COULD get ticketed as this is evidence of using her cell phone while operating a motor vehicle. her story was that she was recording the trucks drag racing down the 90.

Actually, those trucks were playing stop-and-go and purposely holding up traffic. She was recording them to send the video to their companies as a complaint.

What state was that in? There aren't that many states that make it illegal to use your phone at all while driving, are there? We have a no-texting law here, but you can still use your phone.

But thats not the 90........

NY state ..We have some laws on using your phone but sadly they arent being enforced unless you get pulled over for doing something else..

According to CBS News, this happened in South Carolina, which rules out I-90. It does not state which road it was on though.
