Its looks like the guy on the screen went all in with a pair of aces. The guy to his left has ace, queen. The flop was three queens, to give the guy to his left 4 queens to his full house.

The funny part is watching his face as people give him all the action he ever dreamed of with his aces preflop and then having it crash down so hard when that flop hits.
