I'll promise them a fair review, that I can tell you. I don't want a train wreck. I'll review it on its own merits and give it a fair score.

I'm not sure I could help sales at this point though.

All in all, I think I'm going to do it. It's really a win/win for me. If it's a great game, I purchased a great game. If it's not, I'll post screen shots and observations here and will get a ton of entertainment out of what you guys come up with.

I'm actually interested in a fair review. While I think the chances this game will be worth buying are remote, there's also not a lot of others coming down the pike. I suspect most of the people who buy the game will love it, but those are the same people who had trouble admitting the down/yardage bug was a problem.

Hubris does not mean pride, at least in Greek. In my lexicon it is translated as "wantonness, wanton violence, insolence." Second definition is "lewdness." After that, there are some horse and legal usages. It may mean "pride" in English, but it never meant or implied that in Greek.

It does come from a Greek word, but the word NEVER meant pride in that language.
