So perhaps most of us, if not all of us, have kept something back from our true background. What then, is the point of these backgrounds? Is the "bad guy" end game to take out specific targets? If so, revealing this background information is a really bad idea.

We didn't do a good job getting orders in. We're leaving a lot on the table if font doesn't show up shortly, and even then there's medical / research / engineering. Tomorrow we need to get preliminary orders in even if they change later so we accomplish some bare minimum.

Day Five Results
The scientific team has researched water on the surface to see if there has been any traces of water on this planet. Water means life and if you find water, that could mean you are not alone.... They found water, more than expected... The engineering team has developed a plan for creating an offensive set of weapons, this could allow for further investigation. CrimsonFox was imprisoned and attended to by one of the medical staff. He has improved. Raven was attended to at the medical facility by two medical staff and has fully recovered. The colony worked on creating a defensive perimeter around the colony and has completed it. This should keep you from being attacked by anything that may be out there. You have asked the following questions: - What other signs of life has earth seen on Mars? "Nothing during our rover research." - What supplies were given to use as part of our landing supply cache? "Food, water, clothing, medical supplies, special oven for cremating the dead." - What is the background and identity of the individual that was not supposed to be sent along with the other 20 colonists? "What other person?" Thomkal is now in charge unless he hands the government function back to font. Everyone can send me a PM letting me know if you want Thomkal or font to be in charge. This should not be a public vote. |

I am out for the night, unless I can't sleep. While I have recovered a lot from the operation I still have days like today where I do too much and pay for it later. I am at the paying for it later phase.

I think it's very possible that this is indeed a prison ship of sorts, and perhaps the problem passenger is one who is immune to whatever chemical is messing with our minds and possibly memories. If CF really is the stowaway I'd love to hear his story. As for the vote today, I would like to hear from both Font and Thomkal. |

I like offensive design as an engineering focus - there are merits to the other ones but seem like luxuries rather than offense which is an area we haven't really focused on with any of our projects thus far.
