It's a picture of a man and a woman holding a child. Presumably, the man's happy expression indicates that he believes the child to be his. However, the child's dark skin makes it far more likely that the mother was impregnated by someone else, and the man's apparent lack of suspicion is a source of humor for the rest of us.
