You have to use an AP and be in the same square to "give" in the morning phase. Only in the evening and afternoon can you pass items freely as long as it is posted on the board.

I did mention it earlier and I didn't see anyone at the bank.

We're still in the morning phase so you'd have to give it as an action in your list to hoops. I'd think you'd want to make it your first action in order to make sure the person you want to give it to is there, but I can't swear to that and don't know if barkeep will tell.....

The thing is that after Barkeep processes the morning actions, you are going to be high on most people's jail him list. I mean if it weren't for Blade being released my vote would have likely gone to you.

If you are indeed a pirate, I don't see why would you be killed. If you are a treasure hunter, why would the pirates waste a kill on you when you're most likely going to jail.
