Haven't you figured it out by now? It's no longer just pics of scantily-clad women that get removed - now it's any picture of any attractive woman, regardless of clothing. A fit woman with a big rack wearing clothes that nobody would bat an eye at seeing her walking down the street? Deleted! No attractive women pics!

Unfortunately not new, fully clothed pics of Summer Glau were deleted at least a hundred pages back or so. That was before pretty much everything started getting deleted though.

I notice on this board that some pictures get deleted while some pictures don't. I also notice that some users disappear for a period of time.

Since the types of pictures that are deleted are EXACTLY THE SAME as pictures on this board that have not been deleted, I have no idea what the standard is. I also have no idea why users disappear.

He was certainly on notice, it's just too bad. Declining post activity here is a much bigger threat to the board then photos of fully clothed women. But the main guy in charge of this board is on record of saying how much he hates the "off topic" section of this board, so I don't think cares about that aspect.

Mods only act on post reports - I'm amused that there's someone here that hangs out in this thread and reports all these photos, usually within minutes of them going up.

He posted one pic that was deleted ad was probably told to knock it off. Then he posted what he did assuming the quote is accurate. Then he posted another pic.

Given history around here, he deserved to get banned. I'm surprised he was banned just because I thought he was besties with the mods.

13 year poster or not, all he did, IMO, was bully and troll people, so I don't feel like much will be lost with his ban.

I guess, in that nobody ever admits reporting posts. There's this one poster probably, who is in here all day and monitors this stuff, and is ostentatiously concerned with his boss walking in and seeing a pretty girl on his computer. But he won't leave the thread!! I have my suspicions who it is.

...aaaaand the board just got less interesting. It's obviously not just about how the board is modded - without a new football release from Jim, the board is bound to decline - but the modding doesn't help. It's really sobering to see older threads revived and see all the folks that don't post here any more.

It all seems pretty sill to me. We went years with hot chicks getting posted in this thread and then out of no where they start deleting pics. If someone is reporting them all, why did they wait so long?

Actually, I don't think there were nearly as many hot chick pics posted until the mods decided to wage this epic battle against them. If the goal was fewer hot chick pics, they failed. (I'm thinking the whole stagnant unemployment rate in the U.S. might be based solely on people getting fired from being in this thread.) If the goal was to start fights and then conquer those who disobeyed, then, well, they did do that. I wonder if maybe part of the latter was a way of weeding out the undesirables. Every time someone gets banned there's usually an expressed sentiment that that poster sucked anyway so it was no big deal.

I was de-modded (without warning or notice...I understand the action since I don't visit regularly anymore, but a PM about it would have been nice) somewhere between 6-9 months ago, but there was plenty of deleting action going on in this thread before then with only rare posts being reported. In fact, the Mod Forum was a graveyard...I think most mod decisions are over IM or in a chatroom somewhere, leaving much of the group in the dark.

It's a wide-angle lens, so it's somewhat exaggerating the diameter of her legs compared to her torso.

Yeah I looked up a bunch of pictures of her, definitely noticeably small legs but not usually as bad as they appear in that first picture.

What we can do is instead of making new posts, edit old pages and add in hot pics. The mods probably wont click on older pages. We just need some code word to signal which pages we are editing.
