Eh, that picture is from a blog that hasn't been updated since 2009 about training for a marathon by someone named Noelle Anderson that lived in LA. According to to these two the model Noelle Joy lived in Orlando and Philadelphia, and the second link has pictures of her from 2010. Leads me to believe they're two different people.
