Autumn, we're sorely lacking for consistent posting in this thread by those who are clipped early in games. We should take the posts that we can get, and be happy when people wish they were still part of the festivities.

The official rules says a day 3 death is definitely grounds for an early kill complaint if the game has at least 12 players.

No, we are trying to help this thread reach its destiny - passing Maximum Football thread in posts (never mind that political threads have surpassed MF for top post count status).

Politics doesn't count. Only Maximum Football and Werewolf, the pillars of the FOFC community.

i scoff at your day 3 death...until you have died day or night 1 six games in a row, you are all amateurs!!!! (just trying to puff the post count)

Day 1 or Night 1 deaths are no big deal. It's the Day/Night 2/3 deaths that are really vexing, because they happen just as you're starting to really get into it. D1/N1 is like you never actually played.

thats pretty much what i said back on the first page...i didnt even bother to read the rules til day 2 since the game didnt really matter on day 1

Just read a couple of the early pages in this thread today. It is kind of fun when I can put 2+2 together and realize the game that the people are talking about in this thread. Also a few names I haven't thought about in some time, some folks who didn't transition over from the old board ... just a brief trip down WW memory lane, basically.

Oh yeah I forgot to post here. Due to complete dumb luck that my boss showed up to do a supervision of my branch. I'm not sure I would have revealed completely if I had more than 30 seconds of time. I was in the car with my boss when I did my semi don't kill me trust me lost. I didn't want to seem like I was annoying my boss by staying on he phone too long while we headed to my appointment. I think I may be cursed though. I seem to be a target day 1 no matter what I do. Oh well. Ill continue to play so I can get better at the game....when I last past day one.

I'm also trying to get better both for games here and because I just ordered The Resistance to play with friends.

I've never made it to the end of a game alive as a villager (Jungle Book was the closest - thanks for that Jackal :mad: ) but I've done it twice as a wolf. Have to say that this time feels a lot better than the last time, even if this time I made a lot more mistakes.

This was also the first time I've been lynched clean - it's always been ties or freaky lynch mechanics (or, normally, night kills) that have got me before.

Thanks for the info, Narcizo. now we know to lynch you if you live too long.

It's a good thing the last game didn't have night kills I guess, I wouldn't have been able to give a good reason for still being alive and a villager on day 9
