It�s finally here! No more Bull**** week zero nonsense�.well wait�. I guess that I do need to start off with�.

Week Zero Results
I ended up 3-1 for the day. I started off with a loss in the Georgia Tech vs Florida State game. I don�t want to sound like a Seminole apologist here but they can still make a run and get back into the mix. The next game started the win streak with New Mexico covering the 13.5 as a home dog against a D2 Montana State squad. Had they not given up 21 points in the 4th, then we would be talking about New Mexico football more this week. SMU vs Nevada was closer than everyone (but me) expected as the Wolfpack covered the 27.5. Finally, Hawaii won vs Delaware State in a game that I�m sure no one watched. I did lose my parlay and that is the reason why you should never parlay multiple games. Same game parlays are another story for another time.

I rode out to the boat with some friends, but forced them to leave without getting the precious Chicken dinner (those are only for winners, Jim) after only an hour because I forgot my wallet. Total Winnings on week zero after any food and/or drinks: $16.00

Yeah, that�s right. I got paid 16 bucks to go out and eat, drink, and watch football all day with my friends. But now it�s time for the real ****! Before we all get started, allow me to explain the rules. For each time frame (noon, 3:30 and Night Games) you will pick 3 games. If you go 0-3 at any spot, then you quit for the day and play XBOX or do something productive. You play closer to the vest if you go 1-2, but 2-1 or 3-0 in each session is the goal. Set a dollar limit on the day, you can even do this for a dollar a game. You lose that amount, then you are done. Pick any 3 games in a spot, these are the games I�m thinking about very strongly. Or just pick your own games and totally ignore my advice because F� Eddie Brackets.

Week One Predictions

Noon
Penn State -8.5 over West Virginia � Road team favorite as my very first pick.
Louisville -34.5 over Austin Peay � Louisville has a decent QB and a Head coach with QB history.
Illinois State +23.5 over Iowa � Unless they have a jet pack up their asses, the trend of fading on Iowa will continue all season.
Georgia -13.5 over Clemson � I would stay away if this creeps above 14
Indiana State +33.5 over Purdue � **** Purdue. They might outright lose this game

Syracuse -17.5 over Ohio � New coaching staff at Syracuse, so there is a chance this goes sideways
Miami -2.5 over Florida � Florida will be first team to fire their coach this year.
Colorado State +32.5 over Texas � I feel that Texas is slighty over valued at the start of the season
FIU +21.5 over Indiana � **** Indiana. They might outright lose this game
UTEP +27.5 over Nebraska � Nebraska could not have improved that much in a year

Night Games
Alabama -30.5 over Western Kentucky � New coach, same Tide
Michigan -21.5 over Fresno State � Long way to travel for Fresno State
Texas AM -2.5 over Norte Dame � Home team,
Southern Miss +27.5 over Kentucky � Kentucky has a long history of struggling to win in week 1 games vs sub-par teams
Georgia State +21.5 over Georgia Tech � Big game letdowns are very real

Very little movement outside of Florida State being out and Georgia Tech moving in

PICK OF THE WEEK � The very first pick may be the strongest. Penn State is a solid pre-season player to make the extended playoffs. I know this is a road game against a power 4 school, but the recent series history combined with most pre-season smart ****s thinking that Penn State will be the sleeper 3rd team in the expanded Big Ten leads me to make this the strongest pick of week 1.
