It seems like everytime ESPN gets included in a sports game
it's a instant hit....! If you haven't by now seen the new NCAA
COLLEGE BASKETBALL10 PREVIEW it's a huge uprade with the
addition of ESPN & the king of College hoops DICK VITAL...!
And with that said this is something EA needs to install in all
of their sports games & the one i care most about is their
Madden football series.....ESPN is a major player in sports
today an the key to have a great sports game....it was done
with ESPN2K5 & We all know how well it turned out.....so i'm
prayin JOSH LOOMAN lead designer of presentation in Madden11
bring ESPN to the table & leave it up to IAN to fix that animation
engine & ifso well finally have the best football game ever!

Madden will not use ESPN because they are exclusive to the nfl, including NFL network. This is why i believe there is little or no ESPN intergration into madden for some time.

They already had ESPN in NCAA Basketball 09. Thats not the big upgrade. The big upgrade is them having TWO network intergrations. ESPN for week night games and CBS for weekend games. Even having different commentary teams.
Now THATS what I'd like to see in Madden. How 'bout adding Fox with Joe and Troy? Or maybe CBS with Jim Nance and Phil Simms?

Yea, mayne, I feel u on the ESPN integration but, also, remember, NCAA B-ball 10 has CBS, as well. That was the first cat let out of the bag and I remember my jaw breaking the floor when it hit while I was watching the CBS integration vid...then they dropped the ESPN integration vid and I had to get a new jaw, by then. Lol.
I actually believe that, going forward, EA will be using BOTH in Madden, to say the least. Who knows, we may even get Fox and NBC included for NFC specific game presentation and Sunday Night game pres. with NBC. Throw in the already NFL Network incorporation and we could get those Thursday night games late in our franchise seasons. I really think EA is trying but people tend to forget that we're still in our infancy with the current gen systems and they both (I am NOT including that damn Wii! Lol) have different architecture and disc space usage along with the fact that not all 360 SKUs have hard drives included like the PS3. I do think, though, like 2K did with 2K5, they should dev the games like they all, at least, have HDDs included so we can get even more out of the games and it could even "force" people with 360s and no HDDs to put more money in MS's pockets and buy their HDDs. Lol. Glad I own a PS3. Sheesh.
Anyway, the goods are coming. I think EA is getting everything to come together and the true broadcast presentation is just going to be icing on the cake.
