Developers Hungry to Capture the Sim Crowd? Stuck

NFL Head Coach (x 2). MLB Front Office Manager.

You'd think the big companies are going crazy by releasing managerial simulation type of games. However, it seems they've figured out there is a small, but very dedicated group of gamers who will play these types of games.

The mainstream success of Championship Ma....ahem...Football Manager could be a direct contributor to these games being produced as well. I am a huge fan of these types of games -- when done right that is.

I say that because the original NFL Head Coach was one of the absolute worst console sports games I have ever played. That game had no redeeming qualities whatsoever, it was just a mess.

I am looking forward to MLB Front Office Manager...only if we don't get a lemon of a product out of the deal. So what are your expectations for MLB Front Office Manager? Are you going to pick it up? As usual, let me know!

I think these type of games are made because the makers of mainstream games Madden,MLB,Fight Night, and wrestling are scared to go into deep detail with the sport they are trying to emulate. It sad too.
