Something else Broken in NBA 2K12...

I guess this would be just adding to a growing list of things missing absent, or just flat out broken in NBA 2K12. Today i would like to ask anybody if they noticed that GAMETRACK does not record the 1st quarter of an 8min segmented game?
I started playing 8min qtrs according to the new sliders from TOMBA, as they are out now, i am having some great gameplay going; and found out the tough way that all that great action that happened in the 1st quarter was not registered with GAMETRACK. Neither my highlights nor the CPUs were captured; so i ask anybody if they have noticed the samething. As this would be something new to myself, and possibly an easy fix for 2K to take care via a patch (?)
With the mounting pile of misscues on 2Ks part with this years release; has it put a stale taste in your mouth yet? For me it started altittle, until i found TOMBA's slider set; to give me that added boost of "replay" enjoyment.
